After I place an order, when will it be shipped?
LaughAndPlayOutdoors will ship all goods within 2 days of orders received and paid for.
In the rare situations where stock is not available for delivery within 3-5 days we will call you and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.
Where do you deliver? Do you ship internationally?
We ship within Australia. If you do want a product sent overseas, please let us know and we will cost it out for you - to almost any address you choose.
How will my product be shipped and how much will it cost?
LaughAndPlay uses third party providers for shipping. On some products your shipping charges will be automatically provided. On the bulky, heavy items you will be prompted in the check out process to contact us with your your post code for the product you are interested in and shipping charges will be emailed to you according to distance of delivery and weight of product.
We have a 4 level tiered shipping structure where LaughAndPlayOutdoors have subsidized shipping based on order value:
0-$200.00 shipping cost of $10
$201-$400 shipping cost of $20
$401-$499 shipping cost of $30
$500+ FREE
Unfortunately these shipping costs do not include products in the categories of Outdoor Activity Centres, Outdoor PlayHouses or Castles or Ride Ons due to the weights of these products. When you click through to the shopping cart, you will be asked to confirm your shipping address at which point our freight system will then calculate your freight charge for the final sales figure.
For overseas orders - please Contact Us providing a list of the games required, your delivery country and post code and contact details. We will provide you with a quote within 1 business day.
Can my billing address and delivery address be different?
Yes, you will be able to select another address to deliver to in check out process.
Can we pick up our order?
There are some products that you can pick up from us on the Northern Beaches, Sydney. Please Contact Us to check whether the product you are interested in can be picked up.

We have a wide choice of layment options:

bit of reality
Sometimes life doesn't go as
expected; and that is because we live in a world where no one is
perfect. Every blue moon the warehouse guys may miss a detail in the
order, the courier forgets to pick up or misplaces the package,
delivery times are screwed up; and if we are extremely unlucky - all 3
issues happen to the same order.
I pride myself in going the
extra mile for my customers - so if it is a blue moon and you order, I
will do more than physically possible to make everything 'right' again.
