2015: After I place an order, when will it be shipped?
LaughAndPlayOutdoors is only shipping Trampolines now - directly from the warehouse. All goods are shipped within 1-2 days of orders received and paid for. If your order was placed on the weekend, and paid for before Monday, it will leave on the Monday or Tuesday following that weekend.
In the rare situations where stock is not available for delivery within 3-5 days we will call you and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.
Where do you deliver? Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within Australia.
How will my product be shipped and how much will it cost?
LaughAndPlay uses third party providers for shipping. Shipiping is deatiled on the Trampoline pages - if your area is not detailed there, please contact us for a uqote.

Can my billing address and delivery address be different?
Yes, you will be able to select another address to deliver to in check out process.

Direct Freight ExpressWe request an 'authority to leave location' for your goods. Once packed and collected by Direct Freight Express, a consignment number is allociated to your goods and we can track your goods whereever they are in the country.
Sometimes life doesn't go as expected; and that is because we live in a world where no one is perfect. Every blue moon the warehouse guys may miss a detail in the order, the courier forgets to pick up or misplaces the package, delivery times are screwed up; and if we are extremely unlucky - all 3 issues happen to the same order.
I pride myself in going the extra mile for my customers - so if it is a blue moon and you order, I will do more than physically possible to make everything 'right' again.

Damaged Goods Policy
Returns are only accepted and deemed valid if the product you purchased is faulty or Dead On Arrival (DOA). Please see our Damaged Goods Policy section below for full details.

Returns are simple and easy
All products purchased are warranted for 7 days from the date of receipt against manufacturer’s defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, alteration to the product, own repairs or negligence is not covered. Misuse, unauthorized/own repairs, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty as determined by LaughAndPlayOutdoors.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
Please telephone Vivienne Grimston at LaughAndPlayOutdoors on 0401 850994 or email on Contact Us to receive a Warranty/Return ID and further instructions. Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please include the following information in your package:
1. Your name, return address and telephone number
2. Your Warranty/Return ID
3. A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting
4. A copy of the receipt dated within 7 days of your product purchase date.
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. Any goods returned for a refund for any reason other than defective or as a result of our error will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Products
A DOA product is the one that shows symptoms of a failure, or is discovered to be damaged, or broken, after unwrapping the packaging.
LaughAndPlayOutdoors may replace the Product declared as DOA by our Customer Service official. In the rare case that LaughAndPlayOutdoors cannot replace the damaged product, a full or partial refund will be offered to the customer.
All the return shipping expenses and arrangements for a DOA product will be borne by LaughAndPlayOutdoors.
If the Product is determined as NOT DOA, LaughAndPlayOutdoors will be at liberty to refuse to replace the Product, or entertain any refund request.
After the new product replaces the DOA Product, the ownership in new product gets transferred to you and that in DOA Product reverts back to us.
When a refund is given, the ownership of DOA Product reverts back to us.
If after examining the returned product and the unit is found not to be faulty, the customer shall be liable for the payment of $30 as handling charges and administration fee.
f the product is declared DOA or an apparent defect is detected after delivery, and our Customer Service Department receives a valid claim, we will exchange the Product, if possible, or refund the purchase price of the Product, as the case may be. It is strongly recommended to advise us of any issues within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Where it is agreed to replace the Product or refund the purchase price of the Product, the defective Product must be returned first before processing of replacement or refund.
All the replaced Products carry the same Warranty as the returned Product.
When your return is approved and you have received an ID number the approved product returns must be packed in the original, unmarked, original packaging and protective packaging, including any and all original accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped along with the product. Nonadherence to to these returns conditions may in some cases result in a warranty being deemed void. LaughAndPlayOutdoors will reimburse legitimate non-express freight costs, when pre-agreed, that are associated with Authorisation in sending parcels back to us.
In case, a replacement Product is arranged, it will be shipped to you at our expense after the receipt of the returned DOA Product.
Replacement Products are provided with the same Limited Warranty as the DOA Product.
In the cases where refund is necessary due to being out of stock to replace, it will be issued through the same payment medium in which your original payment was made with LaughAndPLayOutdoors.
No refunds for authorised product returns cases can occur until the wholesaler for LaughAndPlayOutdoors receives the Product on site.
No refunds are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind (no exceptions).
Manufacturer Only Warranty for some Products
Some Products that are advertised and sold with manufacturer’s warranty on LaughAndPlayOutdoors.com.au are the liability of the manufacturer or supplier if it’s found to be defective or DOA. For an expedited response we advise you to contact the manufacturer or supplier in the first instance for replacement or repair under the warranty terms. However, in case the manufacturer fails to comply, we will replace the Product, or issue a refund of purchase price for that Product.
Exclusion of Liability
LaughAndPlayOutdoors shall not be liable for any loss of income, profits, contracts, data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
The maximum amount for which LaughAndPlayOutdoors undertake the liability shall, under no circumstances, exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
